Does it cost extra to book through Celovia?
Complimentary travel planning is part of how I work. In many cases, booking through Celovia costs no more than booking direct — most hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and tour suppliers include advisor commissions in their pricing, so you'll often pay the same price while receiving personalized planning and support. If a planning fee ever applies for a more complex itinerary, I'll always discuss it with you before any work begins.
What types of trips do you plan?
Celovia specializes in Belize and custom leisure travel, including beach vacations, Caribbean escapes, Europe, cruises, romantic getaways, and personalized vacations built around your travel style. Think of me as your custom vacation planner—especially if you want a Belize or Caribbean trip shaped around how you actually like to travel.
Do you only book Belize?
Not at all. Belize is my specialty and biggest passion, but I also help clients plan trips throughout the Caribbean, Europe, cruises, and many other destinations around the world.
Where are you based?
I'm currently based in Ottawa, Ontario, and work with travellers across Canada (and beyond) through complimentary virtual planning. We can plan your trip together from wherever you are — location doesn't change how the planning works.
Can you help book flights?
Absolutely. I can arrange flights as part of your vacation package or itinerary and help you choose the best options based on your schedule, comfort, and budget.
How does the planning process work?
It all starts with a conversation. I'll learn about your travel goals, budget, travel style, and wish list. From there, I'll research the best options, create personalized recommendations, refine the itinerary with your feedback, and take care of the booking details from start to finish.
When should I start planning my trip?
The earlier, the better. Planning several months in advance usually provides the best selection, availability, and pricing. That said, if you're planning a last-minute getaway, I'll always do my best to help.
Will you be available while I'm travelling?
Yes. If something unexpected happens before or during your trip, I'm here to help guide you through it and work with our travel partners whenever possible.
Can you work within my budget?
Absolutely. Every traveller has a different budget, and my goal is to help you get the best value while creating an experience you'll truly enjoy.
Do you book Disney vacations, all-inclusive resorts, or every type of travel?
I believe every traveller deserves expert advice. While my specialty is Belize and custom leisure travel, there are some vacations—such as Disney—that are best planned by advisors who focus exclusively on those destinations. If your trip falls outside my area of expertise, I'll gladly connect you with a trusted travel advisor who specializes in exactly what you're looking for. I'd rather know you're in the best hands than try to be everything to everyone.
What if I need to cancel or change my trip?
Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, cruise line, or travel supplier. I'll explain any important policies before you book and help you navigate changes should your plans need to change.
