A lot of Caribbean marketing looks the same: turquoise water, a pool bar, a seven-night package. Some of those weeks are wonderful. Some feel interchangeable. Personalized Caribbean vacation planning starts with whether you want to stay put, island-hop, snorkel every morning, or barely look at a schedule.

I’ll help you choose the island — or the stretch of coast — that fits your pace and budget, then handle stays, transfers, and the activities that are actually worth the boat ride.

When you want meals, a beach, and as few decisions as possible, an all-inclusive can be the right call. I’ll help you compare properties for vibe, location, and whether “all-inclusive” still leaves you somewhere you’d want to be after day three.

Boutique hotels, walkable towns, local restaurants, and days that don’t revolve around a buffet. This is often a better fit if you care about the place itself — food, people, and a little wandering.

Slow mornings, hammock afternoons, and a schedule with empty space on purpose. Caribbean travel planning doesn’t have to mean a packed activity list.

If you want Caribbean water plus jungle, ruins, and English-speaking ease, Belize is often the smarter “Caribbean” trip. I’ve stayed, snorkelled, and planned there — including Placencia, where we got married.

I start with the same questions I use for every trip: who you’re travelling with, what a good day looks like, and what you don’t want to spend money on. Then I look at flights from Canada, the right base, and whether the week should be one island or a carefully paced combination.

You’ll get a custom itinerary — accommodations, transportation, tours where they add something, and the logistics that make travel days calmer. If Belize is the better Caribbean answer, I’ll say so and point you to a personalized Belize vacation instead of forcing a different island because the brochure looked similar.
