This is for couples, families, solo travellers, and small groups who would rather talk a trip through than guess from reviews. You might already know the destination. You might only know that you need a break. Either is a fine place to start.

I'm based in Ottawa, and we can do this by a call, a note, or both. All-inclusive holidays, cruises, independent stays, and trips you have already started researching are all welcome. If a destination sits outside what I cover well, I'll connect you with someone who specializes in it.
Custom Belize itineraries — beach, jungle, cayes, and the combinations in between. It's a place I know first-hand, including Placencia, where we got married.

Cruises, romantic getaways, and other international trips when I can plan them well. If a destination needs a specialist who lives and breathes it, I'll connect you with someone who does.
Some trips are one place, done well. Others need two or three. I look at the nights you have, the connections between places, and whether another stop would feel like a holiday or a race. That might be beach and jungle in Belize, two Caribbean islands, a few European cities with a slower stretch between them, or a route that crosses regions.
If the geography is unkind for the dates, I'll say so. The point of a custom itinerary is the trip you can actually enjoy, not the one that looks busiest on a map.

The research and planning fee is $50 per traveller aged 2 or older. Children under 2 are not charged. It covers my time researching and preparing personalized travel options. The fee is paid upfront once you confirm you want my help planning the trip, and before I begin research. It is non-refundable and is not credited toward the booking. It applies whether you book through Celovia, cancel your plans, or book elsewhere. The initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary. When you approve the trip and it is ready to book, travel costs are paid according to the supplier's payment terms.
In many cases, the stays, cruises, and tours booked through Celovia cost no more than booking those suppliers direct — most hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and tour suppliers include advisor commissions in their pricing, so you'll often pay the same price for those bookings. The professional research fee is in addition to those booking costs.

What kinds of trips do you plan?
I plan and book personalized leisure trips, with Belize, Europe, and the Caribbean as specialties. That includes beach vacations, all-inclusive holidays, custom itineraries, cruises, romantic getaways, and trips shaped around your travel style. If a destination needs a specialist I am not — Disney, for example — I'll connect you with someone who is.
Can you help book flights?
Yes. I can arrange flights as part of your vacation or itinerary and help you choose options based on your schedule, comfort, and budget.
What if I need to cancel or change my trip?
Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, cruise line, or travel supplier. I'll explain any important policies before you book and help you navigate changes if your plans need to change.
Will you be available while I'm travelling?
