Grenada Trip Ideas & Inspiration
These are ways to shape a trip, not fixed packages. Most travellers stay on the southwest coast and take day trips from there. Tell me how you like to travel and I’ll adjust the days.
Ways to spend the time
- 7 nights: A Grand Anse beach week — One base on the southwest coast, with a morning in St. George’s and a boat trip to the Underwater Sculpture Park.
- 8–10 nights: Beach and the spice island — The same beach base, with guided days into the interior for Grand Etang, a waterfall and a spice or cocoa estate.
- Add an island: Carriacou and Petite Martinique — A few quiet nights on the sister islands, reached by ferry or a short flight. Because of Hurricane Beryl in 2024, I confirm what is open before booking.
- August: Spicemas — Grenada’s carnival peaks in August with music, costumes and street parades. Book early and expect a lively, busy island.
